For more than 25 years, I have helped job seekers identify career opportunities, communicate their value, and achieve their professional goals.


My experience spans higher education, career services, workforce development, career coaching, and professional résumé writing. I owned and operated a successful résumé-writing and job-coaching firm for more than 20 years, serving students, recent graduates, professionals, managers, and executives.


As Director of Career Development Services at St. Petersburg College, I led career initiatives and helped students prepare for successful careers. I also taught Career and Life Planning and Résumé Writing at the college level, providing practical guidance on career exploration, job search strategies, and professional development.


In addition, I spent more than seven years with a nationally recognized career transition firm, helping professionals navigate career changes and workforce transitions. Throughout my career, I have coached thousands of individuals in career planning, résumé development, interviewing, networking, personal branding, and job search strategy.


I am the author of several career publications, including The Looking Glass Resume Book, Anatomy of a Job Fair, and America's Top 200 Jobs. My goal is simple: help people make informed career decisions, communicate their value effectively, and move forward with confidence.
